The NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) program is a partnership with any company that needs on‑site assistance running a highly efficient parts department within their business. In other words, "a Store inside a Store/Company." We partner with ground support maintenance stations for major airlines, government vehicle maintenance stations, utility companies, construction companies, car dealerships and more.

What you will be doing:
  • Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
  • Picking up parts from multiple vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and inventory is maintained
  • Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
  • Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
  • Building long‑term relationships with the customers you deliver to
  • Maintaining delivery truck through safety checklists, ensuring vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)

What you'll need:
  • Agility to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach upper shelves up to eight feet, using stool or ladder when necessary; stamina to stand walk full shift and lift up to 60 lbs
  • Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process part returns appropriately
  • Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for all deliveries and pickups
  • Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
  • Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
  • Driving throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
  • Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid Driver’s License

This position offers an hourly pay of $17.75. Many of our hourly positions have pay progression with set starting rates and an ability to reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
