• Operate all equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, and delivery vehicles.
• Stock ingredients and maintain inventory from delivery area to storage, walk-in cooler, and production area.
• Prepare and assemble pizza products, ensuring quality and safety.
• Receive and process telephone orders, update computer systems, and deliver pizzas within the designated delivery area.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Perform basic math accurately and quickly, including making correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings and private homes, while carrying product.
• Maintain safe driving practices and deliver flyers or door hangers as required.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering or performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F or higher.
• Exposure to fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
• Familiarity with sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.
• Near and mid‑range vision, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Clear communication with customers, crew, and supervisors.
• Ability to work under stress and meet strict quality control standards.

• Stand for extended periods; walk on flat or uneven surfaces.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull heavy loads up to 50 pounds (e.g., ingredient cases), and multiple trays of pizza dough (~12 pounds each).
• Climb stairs, ladders, or navigate multi‑flight staircases during deliveries.
• Reach, stoop, and bend continuously to access storage areas and front counter.
• Drive a vehicle to deliver pizzas within a designated area, including delivering flyers and door hangers.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Strong navigational skills and ability to read maps for delivery routes.
• Good commitment to safety and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing repetitive tasks under time constraints.
• Proficiency with basic computer and phone systems.
• Physical fitness to perform the duties listed above.
