Since our founding in 1924, we have cut cardiovascular disease deaths in half, but there is still more to do. We seek passionate individuals to help overcome today’s health challenges and accelerate progress toward a healthier future. The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Part-Time Special Project Manager located in Hawai'i. This position can be remote. This role supports a three-year initiative to strengthen and expand the stroke system of care in Hawai‘i, focusing on increasing access to culturally relevant hypertension and stroke prevention education, improving stroke literacy among low- and limited-English proficiency populations, and ensuring access to guideline-based care across all islands.
