Construction Service Technician – Modular Building Remodeling
Location: Kona, Hawaii
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are currently seeking reliable and skilled Service Technicians with experience in construction, remodeling, carpentry, or general handyman trades. Position Summary: As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the full refurbishment and remodeling of modular buildings. Ideal candidates will have a background in rough carpentry and general remodeling, along with a solid work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.

• Complete top-to-bottom remodeling of modular buildings
• Perform rough carpentry including wall framing and subfloor installation
• Prep and install tile
• Install windows, doors, and other structural components
• Clean and maintain interior and exterior building conditions
• Maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and parts
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

• Rough carpentry or construction experience required
• General remodeling or handyman background preferred
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
