- Hourly Pay: $29.18 per hour
- Sign-on Bonus: $2,500
- Tool Box Incentive: $300 yearly allowance
- Certification Bonus: $100 for each new ASE certification obtained (up to $700)
- Quarterly Bonus: up to $500 per quarter
- Yearly Tool Allowance: $300
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday; weekends off - Hours:
First Shift 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Vocational or technical certification or post-secondary degree preferred
- Basic tools required
- Demonstrated aptitude and experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines, including:
- Routine preventive maintenance (oil changes, brake and tire work)
- Two or more years of classroom training and/or work experience; required experience preferred
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A preferred
- Must be able to obtain CDL within 6 months after hire
- Pass a Ryder drug test
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Ryder road test
- Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle check (last 3 years)
Important Note: Additional requirements may be required in different locations and/or accounts.
Responsibilities- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Conduct standard vehicle maintenance and component inspections
- Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose mechanical/electronic problems using diagnostic tools
- Identify root causes and perform repairs as required; replace defective components
- Perform facility maintenance duties and interact with customers/drivers to determine the nature of the issue
- Utilize Shop Management System and electronic documentation
- Comply with safety, DOT, MOT, and corporate guidelines
- Provide other support duties as needed to assist operations
