• Extensive experience in mission‑critical environments, strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, and relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in both electrical power (AC and DC) and mechanical systems; responsible for installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with specific mission‑critical systems is essential:
  Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and batteries, Power Distribution Units (PDUs), standby generators and fuel systems, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EPMS).
• Ability to use various electrical testing equipment, including multimeters, DLROs, and infrared scanning tools, for diagnostics and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and blueprints.

• High school diploma or GED or greater.
• 6+ years’ work experience, including 3+ years of direct experience in a critical facility operation such as a data center or hospital.
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Electrical experience with switch gear, generators, UPS, or other significant electrical roles.
• Journeyman or Master License in Electrical.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
• Relocate a 12‑foot stepladder without assistance.
• Work at heights up to 60 feet on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and all types of ladders.
• Perform routine and repetitive tasks such as walking, climbing, lifting, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead.
• Good vision (corrected vision allowed), ability to see in color, and ability to hear and communicate in English.
• Recognize when something is wrong or likely to go wrong.
