- U.S. citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Journeyman or HVAC certification required.
- Mechanical applicants must possess an EPA 608 certification.
- Maintain and repair complex mechanical systems in data centers, hospitals, and manufacturing plants.
- Operate, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems including chillers, boilers, CRAC/CRAH units, and air handling units.
- Install, maintain, and repair minor plumbing systems, including pumps, valves, and piping.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Monitor and control environmental systems using BMS platforms such as Niagara, Tridium, Siemens, or Johnson Controls.
- Read and interpret mechanical, plumbing, and electrical diagrams to perform maintenance and repairs.
- Track and document work orders, repairs, and maintenance activities using CMMS software.
- High school diploma, GED, or greater.
- 6+ years of work experience, including 3+ years of direct experience in a critical facility operation such as a data center or hospital.
- Experience with chillers greater than 300 tons, boilers, or significant other mechanical experiences.
- Journeyman or HVAC certification.
- EPA 608 certification.

Physical Requirements:
The position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, work at heights up to 60 feet, and perform routine and repetitive tasks such as walking, climbing, and reaching overhead. Proper lifting techniques and safety protocols must be followed to ensure personal and team safety.
Pay Range: USD $34.00 – USD $45.23 /hr.
