About THIS OPPORTUNITY:

As a Plumber Mechanic at Sage Water, you will work on high-rise condo repiping projects. Your primary focus is completing quality plumbing work while maintaining a professional presence on every job site. This position offers a perfect balance of consistency, meaningful work, and long-term career growth-ideal for a plumbing professional committed to excellence.

The Plumber Mechanic position requires the ability to work safely, support licensed plumbers, and maintain organized, clean job sites. This is a full-time, hourly position based on Oahu, Hawaii, reporting to the Project Manager, and working closely with the onsite team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete pipe installation and fixture replacement
• Demo and remove old plumbing systems
• Move and organize tools, pipe, and fittings
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Follow directions and safety protocols

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of plumbing experience
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50-100 lbs.
• Own basic hand tools
• Must be 18+ years old, authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Have reliable transportation to job site daily
• Must already reside in the state of Hawaii

Salary Range: $30 - $42 per hour based upon experience and qualifications
