Senior Analyzer Technician

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, calibration and repair works on site or in repair shop and minimize the downtime for all installed analyzers by the timely implementation of planned maintenance procedures.
• Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting for process gas chromatographs.
• Troubleshooting and modification of unit analyzers
• Programs various process analyzers systems.
• Tests, calibrates and reinstalls repaired analyzers, ensuring accuracy of operation and checks all test instrumentation against recognized standards.
• Calibration of analyzers and maintains records on analyzer testing, calibration and installation
• Maintain and repair all process analyzers as used for safety and shutdown control, personnel monitoring, environmental monitoring, product quality and process efficiency.
• Observes all HSE regulations and ensures safe operating procedures are followed.
