This position is full-time and will work at Wilder Vista (54 units) and Artesian Vista (53 units) in Honolulu, HI. These are RHTF and LIHTC properties. Qualified candidates have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience with knowledge in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a clean driving record are required. Basic computer skills are required;
Yardi Voyager is a plus. Salary range: $22.80 - $34.20 per hour. Hiring range for new employees is generally $22.80 - $28.50 per hour, DOE. An offer will consider experience and current salary levels at EAH in similar roles.

• All facets of lock and key replacement/repair, including weather stripping, door and window functioning and locks
• Interior repairs related to walls and doors
• Electrical repairs including fixtures, lights, plugs and switches
• Change AC filters, check coils, clean and repair when necessary
• Perform annual unit inspections
• Ensure turnover of units within 5 days

• 2+ years of related apartment maintenance experience
• Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
• Valid CDL, clean DMV record and reliable transportation
• HVAC certification (preferred)

EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer. You will be required to submit to and pass our background check requirements.
