Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an airport and other public facilities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with local authorities and/or airport operations as directed by post orders;
Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, curbside areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and restricted areas by verifying credentials, observing visitor and vendor entry, and documenting access activity per site procedures;
Complete detailed reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activity; communicate timely updates to supervision and/or on-site personnel using radios and other approved communication methods
