** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities from a front desk or reception location.

+ Control access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor passes, and directing guests to the proper location within the retail facility.

+ Monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and communication tools, and promptly report suspicious activity or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision to help to deter incidents.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating disruptions, coordinating with store staff, and contacting law enforcement and/or emergency services when required by procedure.

+ Complete reports and logs such as incident reports, shift activity reports, and visitor records; assist with handling lost property and customer concerns according to site-specific guidelines.

* + Possess a guard card and/or security-related license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
