Security Officer - Drug Store

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities from a front desk or reception location.;
Control access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor passes, and directing guests to the proper location within the retail facility.;
Monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and communication tools, and promptly report suspicious activity or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision to help to deter incidents.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating disruptions, coordinating with store staff, and contacting law enforcement and/or emergency services when required by procedure.;
Complete reports and logs such as incident reports, shift activity reports, and visitor records; assist with handling lost property and customer concerns according to site-specific guidelines.
