Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to post orders;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points as assigned;
Monitor access points and visitor, patient, and staff traffic patterns, helping to reduce unauthorized entry and/or disruptive activity;
Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or operational issues observed during the shift
