Security Officer - CCTV Airport Afternoon

As an Airport Security Officer - CCTV in Honolulu, HI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a government location, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and exceptional customer service. In the CCTV unit, you will not only be monitoring CCTV cameras and coverage of all the airport property.

This position also includes being dispatched to door and gate breaches to ensure procedures have not been violated.

• Provide customer service to all persons on site by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a government aviation location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site leadership and public agency partners as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, parking areas, curbside zones, access roads, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access control points and restricted-entry areas, verifying authorization as directed and documenting observations and/or unusual activity.
• Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation, and participate in briefings and/or post orders updates as assigned.

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
