Experience:Previous security experience. Must possess a valid ACT-208 State Guard Card or be eligible and willing to obtain one.

Job Description:
Work calmly, proactively, and professionally in high-stress or emergency situations while maintaining sound judgment.Ability to take on multiple responsibilities with efficiency and confidence, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with residents, staff, and first responders.Demonstrates a friendly, respectful, and service-oriented demeanor that fosters a welcoming and safe environment for residents and guests.Ability to stay organized, manage tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.Proficient in basic computer tasks, including report writing, incident logging, and communication tools.Observe situations, document incidents, and contact emergency services when appropriate.Provide clear, detailed, and accurate reports to law enforcement, acting as a reliable witness in any legal follow-up.Position Requirements:
