Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government airport location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, reporting, and notifying appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, public areas, parking areas, access roads, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and restricted areas by observing pedestrian and vehicle traffic, checking identification and/or credentials as directed, and documenting unusual activity;
Complete detailed reports, incident logs, and required documentation, and communicate key information to site leadership and/or law enforcement partners as needed
