Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a hotel and resort environment;
Conduct regular and random patrols of guest areas, back-of-house spaces, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or hazards, and help to deter unwanted behavior through visible presence and professional engagement;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disturbances, medical calls, and/or evacuation support as directed by site procedures;
Complete detailed reports and logs, document incidents and observations, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
