** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide excellent customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel and resort location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property, including guest areas, back-of-house, and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment for all occupants.

+ Document observations, incidents, and activities in detailed reports as required by Allied Universal and site guidelines.

+ Work closely with hotel management and staff to address security-related concerns and provide support during emergency response activities.

+ Remain visible and approachable to guests and staff, offering assistance and information as needed while upholding Allied Universal's standards of professionalism.

+ Adhere to all company and site-specific policies, procedures, and regulations while on duty.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + CPR certification is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ A valid guard card or license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
