What You’ll Do

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures and following site‑specific policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.

Monitor for unusual activity and report any security‑related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Support emergency response activities, including assisting with evacuations or other procedures as directed by Allied Universal or site management.

Maintain a visible presence within the location to help deter potential risks and provide assistance to customers and employees as needed.

Minimum Requirements

A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess auus – high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent.
