As a Security Officer - Flex Building Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. You will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, remaining highly visible to help deter security‑related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain strong communication with clients and visitors. • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.
• Observe and report any security‑related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to deter potential issues and promote a secure environment.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site protocols.
• Collaborate with the Allied Universal team and property management staff to address client needs and site requirements.

• Guard card or license is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider applications with criminal histories consistently with applicable laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
