Founded in 2022 by interior designer Avery Solmssen and entrepreneur Lily Kanter, AVERYLILY focuses on transforming spaces in the Hawaiian Islands and beyond through innovative design solutions. Recognizing a demand for locally‑designed and high‑quality home essentials, the Averylily Home Collection was launched in 2024. This collection offers premium bedding, bath products, and décor, all thoughtfully crafted with an emphasis on local materials and a strong connection to the community.

AVERYLILY is dedicated to seamlessly combining functionality, comfort, and Hawaiian design inspiration.

This is a part‑time commission rep model located in Hawaii for a Hospitality & Wholesale Bedding and Bath Sales professional. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitality clients, and real estate developers offering tailored bedding and bath solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include product sales, customer visits, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing the needs of wholesale clients.

The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction while contributing to revenue growth and the representation of the Averylily Home Collection brand.

• Strong Customer Service, Real Estate Developers and Hospitality background to ensure client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships
• Proficiency in Hospitality Service with experience in the Bedding and Bath or related industry
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and meet their needs
• Experience or knowledge of broader wholesale and real estate developer industry is an advantage
• Passion for locally‑inspired design, commitment to teamwork, and a proactive sales approach
