Customer Success Representative — Z MANA Smart Security, Honolulu, HI
Z MANA is changing the Security and Smart automation market for the people of Hawaii. We are looking for someone to join us on this journey as we bring new technologies and excellent customer service to the islands.

- Are a world class salesperson with an extensive background in Security and alarm systems.
- Have leads in the pipeline and can bring a strategy for generating new leads.
- Understand account generation and the Security as a Service modeling structure.
- Have working knowledge in the C15 (A) (B) / Low Voltage world (Alarm systems, Access Controls, Security Surveillance, Telecommunications, etc.) and can sell products, goods, and services to customers. The potential applicant should have some key contacts that they can also bring to the organization.
- Work with customers to identify needs, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Identify new sales leads through known leads, client referrals, and other channels.
- Balance inside and outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and visiting clients in the field as appropriate.
- Ability to sell and close deals.
- Customer service skills: friendly communication, listening to needs, and presenting options.
- Working knowledge of the C15/Low Voltage world.
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with phone applications.
- Working knowledge of Smart home and security alarm systems (2
GIG, a plus). - Willingness to take necessary training courses to familiarize with the product line.
- Strong communication skills to explain product features and answer questions.
- Flexibility to work long hours, nights, or weekends if needed.
- Persistence: ability to recover after lost sales and continue pursuit.
- Required experience:
Sales — 2 years (preferably in the Security Alarm Industry). - Prior work experience interfacing with customers.
