We are currently seeking an experienced, highly analytical, collaborative Merchant Services Solutions Representative to join our Merchant Services Team. In this role, you will train, educate and service Merchant Services clients to maintain and retain business relationships. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the merchant services portfolio by consulting and selling merchant services solutions, onboarding new customers and growing existing relationships.

The annual salary range for this level of role is $50,500 – $65,500 per year; commensurate with experience.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary).

• Associate’s degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience in merchant services and/or business services.
• Valid driver's license.
• 1+ years of experience in merchant services, retail sales or customer service and familiarity with Point of Sale systems highly desirable.
• 1+ year of experience in general banking, business‑to‑business (“B2B”) end‑user support, call center, customer service and/or related experience.
