Overview

Position: Client Advisor
Location: Honolulu, HI
Pay: $48,000–$100,000/year
Experience: 1 to 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Type: Full-time;
Direct Hire
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Client Advisor to join a growing and dynamic team!

Note:

This role is not remote. Applicants must be able to commute to the job location as required.

Job Description

Guide customers through the full sales and project process using a structured selling approach. Respond to customer inquiries and leads from multiple channels. Manage client orders from initiation through completion with accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with production, operations, purchasing, and accounting teams to execute projects. Maintain and update customer information, interactions, and follow-ups in the customer relationship management system. Actively prospect and conduct daily outreach to generate referrals and repeat business.

Maintain showroom displays and monitor product availability.

Responsibilities

Position Requirements
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
