About the Role

This role is full‑time under the Sales and Business Development function. The successful candidate will be goal‑oriented and focused on converting prospects into sales while delighting customers.

Responsibilities
  • Represent Fetch as a confident, friendly, trusted advisor to sell pet insurance policies to prospective pet parents at our partner location in the Honolulu area.
  • Communicate competitive advantages of Fetch and demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and competitors.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients, raving fans, and repeat customers.
  • Accurately record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM.
  • Establish professional relationships with key personnel at partner locations to meet performance objectives and partner expectations.
  • Proactively assess partner needs through onsite focus and follow‑up meetings.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for new business.
  • Communicate with peers via chat to share challenges and successes.
  • Attend virtual company meetings or check‑ins as required.
  • Manage expense budget and submit monthly reports.
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to the partnership.
  • Live up to Fetch's commitment to continuously exceed customer expectations.
Required Experience
  • Ability to structure your work week during peak hours (Friday‑Sunday) when it is most lucrative.
  • Active P&C license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
  • 3‑5 years of an animal care role preferred, but not required.
  • Enthusiasm for prospecting new sales opportunities and speaking face‑to‑face.
  • Familiarity with animal health or welfare a plus.
  • Independent thinker and self‑starter within a fast‑paced sales cycle.
  • Track record of building relationships using a consultative, solution‑focused approach.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to understand Fetch's customers' needs.
  • Willingness to travel to industry events as needed.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Team player with innovative ideas and critical thinking.
