About the Retail Sales Floor Associate PositionsWe are looking for part time Retail Sales Floor Associates. Working for No'eau means that you are clever, hard working, innovative and not afraid to meet new people. You must be willing to continue to update your knowledge of our services, products and our artists. You must be clean and organized while being able to serve our lāhui with style and grace.
Cash handling and prior retail experience is an asset, strong communication skills and being able to showcase the Aloha Spirit is a must. 'Ōlelo Hawai'i and being able to showcase Hawaiian culture is icing on the cake (but not a requirement).
Expect to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be available to work weekends with holiday black out dates.
Retail Sales Representative responsibilities:- Great Customer Service
- Restocking Inventory
- Maintaining cleanliness of store
- Handling customer issues
- Providing information about products/services
- Informing customers about sales/discounts
- Communicating precisely with customers
Cashiering experience preferred but not a requirement.
