• Produce sales gains by providing customer service.
• Meet or exceed company objectives in all individual statistics.
• Document and provide appraisal of associate sales performance, offering feedback on strengths and opportunities aligned with company objectives.
• Adhere to visual guidelines, including merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the dress code policy.

• Generate Sales – produce sales gains by providing customer service, meet or exceed company objectives, provide appraisal, adhere to visual guidelines, maintain professionalism.

• Protect company assets within LIDS Retail policies.
• Assist in preparing store schedules that provide proper coverage while staying within wage control guidelines.
• Follow all inventory policies, including receiving, transferring, price changes, and product counts.
• Perform proper documentation and record‑keeping per LIDS Retail policies and state/federal laws.
• Open and close the store as required following the Operations P&P Manual.
• Support and adhere to all LIDS policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Participate in LIDS training programs, adhere to set goals (sales and tasks) and regular follow‑up.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on store operations and procedures.
• Encourage store associates’ compliance with established company policies, procedures and guidelines including safekeeping of inventory, funds and property.
• Perform work of subordinates as needed.
• Communicate with employees at all levels.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience.
• Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to operate a computer and relevant software programs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
• Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Assistant Store Mangers PT are also available for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.

Annual pay ranges may fall between $29,120 - $58,656. You may also be offered a bonus, and other benefits.
