Job Summary
Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They also ensure that home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
Salary & CompensationHourly wage: $18 - $31 per hour
. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
