Store Manager – Overview
As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the store’s overall performance, talent initiatives, operational execution, visual standards, and customer experience. Ideal candidates are motivated, adaptable to change, coachable, values oriented, strong talent developers, and have a passion for our brand. This opening is for our new location coming early Summer 2026 at Ala Moana.
Day to Day- Responsible for overall store performance and KPI’s
- Serve as brand ambassador by showing passion for the brand, educating customers about the brand history, and being knowledgeable about products and the industry
- Create effective action plans to maintain or improve performance
- Build new and repeat business through customer clienteling
- Train and develop the team
- Recruit, onboard, and develop internal and external talent
- Communicate effectively, energizing and encouraging others to collaborate
- Lead through collaboration, encouraging the team to share ideas and opinions, fostering accountability and trust
- Communicate new initiatives and goals in a timely and effective manner
- Deliver outstanding customer service and experience
- Model professional presentation and team behavior
- Coach staff on return policies while prioritizing customer experience
- Respond quickly to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and resolution‑oriented manner
- Execute brand visual standards and updates
- Run daily store operations efficiently
- Schedule team members to meet business and budget needs
- Manage store inventory with high level of detail per SOPs
- Lead opening and closing duties
- Adaptable and easily manage change
- Organized with excellent time‑management skills
- Eye for spotting and recruiting talent
- Motivated and results‑driven
- Coachable and receptive to feedback
- Passionate about the gorjana brand
- Have at least one year experience in a retail leadership position
- Over 18 years old
- Can lift or move at least 50 lbs
- Can bend, squat, twist, and reach
- Can stand and walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Flexible to nights, weekends, holiday shifts, and full‑time hours with open availability
- Salary range $75,000 – $85,000 (may vary based on experience)
