• Engage and create relationships with customers in a setting inspired by Hawaii’s vibrant fashion and unique culture.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to balance work with everything else that matters.
• Drive earnings by achieving sales goals through styling and curating content on digital platforms, including text and social media.
• Support the department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, applying price markdowns, and performing light cleaning.
• Grow customer relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
• Occasionally perform work/duties in a department other than the one hired in, as needed.
• All Retail Sales positions in the location applied to will be considered.

• Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching while handling merchandise and assisting customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (Stock/Logistics Only).

$16.25 - $16.25 hourly. This position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
