SummaryAs an Assistant Store Manager at Lacoste, your role is pivotal in supporting the daily operations of our retail store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help meet or surpass sales targets, uphold exceptional customer service standards, assist with inventory management, and motivate a team of dedicated, customer‑oriented associates.
Key Responsibilities- Help oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed targets and contribute to analyzing sales data for growth opportunities.
- Assist in guiding, coaching, and developing the store team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards, handling customer queries and issues with professionalism.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and organizing.
- Collaborate in ensuring the store’s visual appeal and adherence to brand standards.
- Assist with budget management and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- 2-3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated ability in supporting a team and store operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in using retail management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced retail environment.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
