As a Cosmetic Sales Colleague – also known as a Beauty Advisor – you guide customers with expert product advice, product demonstrations, makeup application demonstrations, and skincare recommendations. Your deep knowledge of current trends helps you introduce customers to new items and innovations that match their unique needs and style. Building lasting client relationships is at the heart of your role;

you proactively grow and manage a loyal client base through consistent follow‑up, virtual outreach, and personalized service, always aiming to exceed expectations and achieve sales goals.

• Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact by wearing your badge with pride, greeting teammates, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and organized.
• On the floor, focus on the customer by welcoming them, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations that build relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable space by keeping the counter and sales floor ready, refreshing signage and pricing, and assisting with merchandise moves.
• Finish strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank‑you.
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve our customers and communities.
• Strive for excellence every day, improve your performance, and help achieve individual and store results.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Read and comprehend employment policies, safety rules, and procedures in English.
• Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships, discovering customer needs, and demonstrating products.
• Drive sales and client loyalty by keeping a shoppable space, using clienteling tools, and staying up to date through ongoing training.
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals with exceptional service.
• Acquisition of new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Effectively use point‑of‑sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions.
• Have at least 1 year of customer service or selling experience.

• Talking, lifting, moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching, including above eye level.
• Require close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers to process transactions.
