• Act as Manager on Duty when ASM and SM are not present.
• Learn all operational procedures and assist with all customer-related inquiries on the floor
• Oversee opening and closing procedures for the store
• Effectively communicate Rothy’s brand story, values, and mission to our customers
• Support store leadership in communicating important updates to Retail Associates
• Assist in keeping the entry area, display area, and floor clean and tidy
• Supervise vendors for cleaning, in-store fixtures, or updates occurring at the store
• Share expert brand and product knowledge to allow customers to personally experience our style, look, and quality of our shoes
• Serve as a point person for all store associate questions and relay outstanding questions or issues to store leadership

• 2+ years of Retail experience, preferably with a background in footwear/accessories
• Positive attitude and a relentless focus on customer happiness
• Enjoy collaborating and working in a team environment
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays, minimum 16 hours a week

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Excellent communicator
• Active listener, able to think on your feet and provide timely solutions
• Capable of being on your feet up to 8 hours a day in a busy store environment; able to lift up to 25 pounds
• 18 years of age or older

Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Base pay is one part of the total rewards package and may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Base pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
