Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) (T2410) rting hourly rate: $18.00 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to solve and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity to create a guest-ready floor.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for guests.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms as opportunities to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service are worked back out to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and comply with safety policies, training, and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while maintaining compliance with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist them as needed.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and thank them for choosing to shop at Target.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; maintain mobility for scheduled shifts.
