Starting $12.75 per hour + tip (Average pay rate: $25.00‑$40.00/hour including tip, but it may vary upon circumstances).

• 1+ years experience as a server in a full-service, dine-in restaurant.
• English and Japanese speaking are preferred, but not required.
• The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and staff.
• Thrived in a fast‑paced environment and embraced working a flexible schedule.
• The ability to stand for long period of time.
• Must be punctual on time.
• Support other areas of the restaurant such as answering phones and completing financial transactions.
• Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Must possess a valid State of Hawaii TB clearance card.

• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu while serving customers.
• Suggest additional items to customers, as appropriate.
• Have a passion for food and hospitality knowledge.
• Have the ability to develop positive work relationships, collaborate, and work cohesively in a team‑oriented environment.
