• Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes.
• Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in food quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Assist with receiving and storing food supplies.
• Collaborate with the cook and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
