Requirements and qualifications:

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and point‑of‑sale systems.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and service quality.
