Description
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis
- Develop surveys, polls, and questionnaires to gather reliable insights
- Analyze trends and translate complex data into clear recommendations
- Create compelling reports and visualizations for management
- Forecast industry and marketing trends to guide strategic decisions
- Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to drive measurable results
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Research, Statistics, Math, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and clear presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with statistical or data visualization tools
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a passion for continuous improvement
- Willingness to work on-site in Oahu as needed and lift up to 15 pounds occasionally

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.65 - $45.67/hr.
