- Provide compassionate, professional nursing care according to each client’s individualized Plan of Care
- Monitor client health status and promptly report changes to the supervising RN
- Administer medications and treatments as assigned
- Document all care provided using electronic, mobile-based charting
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
- Current, unrestricted Hawaii LPN license
- BLS Certification and negative TB test or chest X-ray
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist clients safely
Wound Care, G-Tube, Tracheostomy, Bowel Programs, Geriatrics, Rehab, Home Health, and Medical-Surgical experience.
Pay: $35–$60 per visit (depending on assignment type)
