About The Opportunity
Hawai‘i Pacific Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time employed position to join our team on the island of O’ahu.
What You’ll Do- Provide high-quality anesthesia care for obstetric patients, including labor analgesia and anesthesia for cesarean deliveries, in collaboration with anesthesiologists and the obstetric care team
- Perform and manage neuraxial techniques (epidural, spinal, and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia) and administer general anesthesia when clinically indicated
- Participate in the care of high-risk obstetric patients, including those with medical comorbidities or pregnancy-related complications
- Respond to urgent and emergent obstetric anesthesia needs, supporting safe, timely care for mothers and newborns
- Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, obstetricians, nurses, and neonatal teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Practice within a team-based, collegial anesthesia care model that emphasizes safety, professionalism, and mutual respect
- Contribute to a culture of quality improvement, patient safety, and continuous learning within the department
