Training Branch Operational Support Advisor TS/SCI

Work You’ll Do- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all ATB training activities, ensuring alignment with I MEF’s operational needs and compliance with service and command requirements.
- Develop, review, and improve Exercise Planning Summaries, After-Action Reports, and training content to support ongoing program enhancement and accuracy.
- Coordinate and execute live/simulated training events—including daily PTP activities, major exercises, and CERTEX—for deploying combat advisors.
- Provide specialized operational support and final training evaluations to ensure combat advisor teams meet Mission Essential Tasks and theater/service-level requirements.
- Liaise with internal I MEF elements and external partners to deliver specialized, cultural, or language training, promoting cohesive delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Act as a subject matter expert, offering technical guidance and analysis, ensuring timely reporting and overall compliance with standards and objectives.
Required:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
- 5+ years of experience in military training management, operational planning, and advisor support roles.
- 2+ years of experience in planning, executing, and evaluating large‑scale training exercises.
- Ability to travel 10‑15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Master Degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience conducting or managing operational analysis.
- 2+ years of experience with training management and exercise planning tools.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions... The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential... A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,800 to $171,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
