The Director, Partnerships & Executive Programming drives global partnership and experiential strategies by collaborating cross-functionally to develop integrated initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role leverages data, market insights, and KPI performance to design impactful partnerships and executive experiences across key verticals serving both workers and employers.
The Director leads the end-to-end strategy, evaluation, execution, and performance measurement of partnership and experiential programs, ensuring initiatives clearly demonstrate impact on brand growth and business results.
This role manages a team of six, including three direct reports, providing leadership, strategic direction, and oversight to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement across partnership and experiential initiatives.
Responsibilities- Create a long term vision and strategy for brand partnerships/sponsor ships/executive events as a dedicated effort under Indeed’s Global Marketing strategy, across audiences and lines of business
- Develop a scorecard and evaluation model for sponsorship, partnership and executive engagement opportunities at Indeed
- Negotiate multi-market global opportunities, as well as relevant and impactful single market partnerships where appropriate
- Create global executive engagement programs, tied to OKR’s with clear activation and measurement plans
- Leverage teams across Indeed to ensure that partnerships and executive programs are aligned to our global brand strategy, integrated and come to life across paid, owned and earned channels as appropriate, inclusive of activations and hospitality
- Negotiate terms and work with legal and P2P on contract execution
- Seek partnership and executive programming opportunities that align to Indeed’s brand and values that we may not be considering
- Defines goals & targets in alignment to larger business objectives and goals.
- Conduct strategic analysis on executive engagement results and optimize plans accordingly
- Works on high stakes, complex issues across multiple business units and senior leaders and makes data-driven recommendations and decisions
- +10 years experience in consumer-based advertising, media, marketing global event strategy, production & people management roles at a large corporation.
- Experience developing, scaling and executing large, multi-day events, virtual events, roadshow programs and educational training seminars worldwide.
- Experience leading, managing and coordinating work of event planners, content developers, designers, creative services, and vendors.
- History of breaking new ground with events and delivering transformational experiences that impress internal partners and turn prospects + clients into brand evangelists/enthusiasts & spenders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, deliver results and stay within budget.
- Must be fluent in Google Applications, Apple Applications, Marketo, CRMs and Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software and technology as needed.
- Strong quantitative skills, with an ability to analyze and interpret data
- Excellent people and communication skills to liaise with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders of various levels
