Position Title: Executive Vice President
Position SummaryOur client, a well‑established company in the consumer goods sector, is seeking an Executive Vice President to play a pivotal leadership role at the core of its organization. In this position, you would lead a wide range of initiatives—from long‑term strategic planning to operations, finance, business growth, and talent development—driving the company’s ongoing evolution and future growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute long-term organizational strategies
- Lead and inspire the executive team while fostering a high-performance culture

- Enhance collaboration and synergy across affiliated business units
- Oversee daily operations to ensure quality and efficiency

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
