We are now looking for an amazing Office Manager to help drive our exciting expansion and take us to the next level. In 2026 our team will be opening a new location and are looking to bring in the perfect candidate to join the team.

Position:Office Manager – Execute, organize, & support business growth Role Summary
- Directly support the owner across all areas of the business during a high-growth transition phase.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables; track progress, coordinate contributors, and ensure completion of steps towards business expansion and growth areas.
- Manage task lists, schedules, and active projects: bringing clarity, organization, and follow-up to complex workflows.
- Act as a force-multiplier and right-hand partner to the founder, helping reduce bottlenecks and decision fatigue.
- Serve as the primary implementer for business structure and systems; translate vision and goals into actionable steps, track execution, and ensure accountability across the organization.
- Play an essential role in reshaping the business to better align with founder vision, leadership needs, and lifestyle.
- Maintain high confidentiality and professionalism while working closely with the founder and company leadership.
- Act as the Integrator for backend business operations, working closely with the Owner and office team.
- Lead, manage, communicate, and hold the team accountable to ensure smooth execution of business goals.
- Lead execution of business initiatives and growth projects; manage timelines and coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Own and drive implementation of systems like EOS or others that bring structure and accountability to the organization.
- Coordinate communication (announcements, updates, procedural changes) between internal departments and leadership.
- Work closely with subcontractors and vendors tied to the new storefront location (architect, contractors, etc).
- Assist in hiring and onboarding key management and leadership team members; help define roles, co-conduct interviews, and support long-term staffing strategy.
- Drive staff development by scheduling and coordinating internal trainings, offsite classes, and growth opportunities.
- Support office staff, including the Executive Assistant and Marketing team, to ensure smooth backend operations.
- Provide structured input on new projects (e.g., store openings, team systems, special events, or retail).
- Track short- and long-term goals with accountability, anticipating needs and surfacing issues before they escalate.
- Help organize, prioritize, and follow through on key personal initiatives for the owner. >

- Must be a proactive self-starter — organized, reliable, and solutions-oriented.
- Minimum of 3+ years in an operations, business management, or executive support role.
- Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar business frameworks is a strong plus.
- Genuinely driven to improve systems, support leadership, and grow with a business.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must demonstrate strong administrative and interpersonal skills, and uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
