Do you love keeping complex projects on track, balancing budgets, timelines, and team coordination like a pro? At American Floor & Home (AFH), we’re looking for a detail‑oriented Project Manager to oversee KIBA projects from design through completion.

You’ll be the central hub connecting the KIBA design team, subcontractors, carpenters, and clients, making sure every project stays on schedule, on budget, and exceeds expectations. This role isn’t for someone who waits to be told what to do — you’ll take initiative, spot problems before they arise, and proactively keep projects moving forward.

If you’re a meticulous, analytical, and highly organized project manager who thrives on independence and enjoys solving challenges with minimal supervision, this could be your next big opportunity.

• Create detailed project plans: scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Track project milestones and manage payments.
• Conduct cost analysis and track actuals versus estimates.
• Monitor gross profit margins and recommend adjustments.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

• Serve as the key point of contact for KIBA design, subcontractors, carpenters, and clients.
• Monitor project progress, workflow, and quality.
• Track performance, resolve bottlenecks, and communicate updates clearly.
• Conduct Pre-Construction Walkthroughs and Handover meetings.
• Identify challenges and solutions independently — no hand-holding here!
