Hawaiian Building Maintenance (HBM) has been providing quality service since 1957. We are one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and trustworthy person with excellent customer service skills, able to work at a fast‑paced environment, detail oriented to clean and maintain a commercial bar setting. While prior experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or a related field is preferred, it is not required.

  Wednesday and Thursday 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Compensation: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour

• Ensure the cleanliness of common areas and restrooms
• Stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Communicate effectively in English
• Operate a vacuum cleaner for indoor maintenance
• Clean restrooms and restock supplies
• Sweep, mop, and maintain both interior and exterior floors; clean glass doors and mirrors
• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces
• Wipe down all tables and chairs
• Collect and dispose of trash in designated areas
• Manoeuvre trash bins as needed
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by HBM management or the property manager

• Must pass HBM prescreen check.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous janitorial or custodian experience is preferred; willing to train.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must possess good public relations and communication skills.
• Applicants must be capable of performing basic manual labor, including pressing, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying a minimum of 30 lbs (up to 50 lbs).
• Must be able to reach overhead, grasp objects, bend, kneel, crawl, squat, climb, stretch, walk, climb stairs and ladders, and stand throughout their shifts.
