Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, some hands-on maintenance experience, proficiency in light plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, and painting, all tasks must be performed in accordance with EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety regulations. -Position: Full-Time Maintenance Technician/Helper
-Location: Waikiki (Honolulu, HI 96815)
-Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs, including:
Basic plumbing, electrical work, mechanical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), painting/drywall and grounds maintenance
Use of elevator, escalator and stairway.
Capability to reach confined areas.
Ensure that mechanical equipment and systems are functioning properly and perform repairs as needed.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with property managers, vendors, and customers.
Engage in constant movement, including standing, walking, bending, and stretching throughout shifts.
Lift, push, and pull weights ranging from 50 to 75 pounds.
Walk and stand for extended periods and bend frequently during the shift.
Create and maintain work orders. Create and maintain purchase orders.
Complete any additional maintenance-related tasks as assigned by the HBM supervisor or property management.
-Skills/Qualifications:
Must pass a background check.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
High school diploma or GED preferred
Customer service-oriented approach
General maintenance experience
Basic mathematical skills
Previous experience in creating and maintaining work orders and purchase orders.
Strong attention to detail.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow
-Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:00AM till 3:30PM
-Compensation per hour: $19.50
