Compensation: $37.00 to $39.00 per hour.
We are looking for a skilled Engineer to join our hotel building maintenance team. As an Engineer, you will assist with preventive maintenance of hotel rooms, general maintenance of the hotel, routine and major repairs, and completion of work orders in accordance with our high‑quality standards. You will work with hand and power tools, chemicals, and heavy machinery.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance on hotel rooms and common areas.
- Conduct general and major repairs of building systems.
- Use hand and power tools, chemicals, and heavy machinery safely.
- Complete work orders following quality standards and safety regulations.
- At least three years of experience in general hotel, apartment, or building maintenance.
- Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical systems, boilers, and mechanical systems.
- Certification or proven experience in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (ACR).
- Strong people skills and pride in ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
