MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
Full Time
Starting pay is $20 per hour.
We're looking for an experienced dependable, organized and motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have previous experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC or construction and will assist the Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping in ensuring resident and staff comfort through implementation of a consistent, preventative maintenance program schedule in accordance with community policies and procedures. The candidate will assist in maintaining community grounds and provide efficient hands‑on maintenance to the community as appropriate.
